Since we are a completely mobile service you can just contact us and we will set up a time that is most convenient for you to receive Your Treat in the comfort of your home, your back yard, or wherever we can set up our private gazebo.

This will include your health, exercise, and nutrition history as well as your personal preferences to customize the best possible bodywork experience for you.
